This page explains what I do with the details you give me when you ask to try the voice demo.

Who handles your data

Adel Zemiti, independent developer. For any question or request, email contact@adelzemiti.com. I reply within 24 hours.

What I collect, and why

The demo access form asks for your first name, last name, company, email and phone number. These are used for one purpose: to get back to you about this demo. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.

I also record the business type you picked, the page language and your IP address. The IP address is used to limit abuse on a service that costs money on every call, not to profile you.

What I don't do

• I do not sell or share your details.
• I do not add you to any newsletter.
• I use no cookies at all, neither advertising nor technical.
• Anonymous audience measurement counts visits and key actions (demo started, form submitted). It uses no cookie and no persistent identifier, and cannot recognise you from one visit to the next.
• I do not record the audio of your conversations with the agent.

Conversations with the agent

The demo sends your voice to OpenAI, which produces the reply in real time. That stream is required for the service to work. I keep no copy of it on my side. OpenAI's own processing is covered by their terms.

How long

Your details are kept for twelve months, then deleted automatically. The anti-abuse counters tied to your IP address expire within twenty-four hours.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, and withdraw your consent at any time. One email to contact@adelzemiti.com is enough, with no need to justify yourself. I handle requests within thirty days.

These rights are granted by the GDPR if you write from the European Union, and by Law 25 if you are in Quebec. You may contact the CNIL or the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec if my answer does not satisfy you.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel, which also provides the anonymous audience measurement. Details submitted through the form are stored with Upstash. Emails arrive in an iCloud mailbox.
